In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and support to Croatian-speaking clients, representing a leading global company in the tobacco industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products, services, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding cases using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about company policies, product updates, and industry regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service quality and processes.
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within multinational companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
