Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer an opportunity for Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role includes providing exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients while benefiting from paid relocation to Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking Dyson customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order inquiries, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed about Dyson’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service practices and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the electronics or home appliances sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation assistance provided.
  • Passion for technology and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
