Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team supporting an automotive company in Greece. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and technical departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and company policies.
• Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
