Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian to Booking.com users through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any issues they face.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and travel industry trends.

• Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking platforms, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
