As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Croatian-speaking customers with flight inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related support, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Croatian through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations.

• Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
