Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Arabic Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing user safety incidents, and enforcing community guidelines adapted to Arabic-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential safety violations specific to the Arabic-speaking community.
• Investigate reported safety incidents thoroughly and apply appropriate measures to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve policies that ensure digital trust and safety for Arabic users.
• Produce detailed reports on safety trends and incidents to support decision-making processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital safety within the Arabic-speaking online environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with users to promote awareness and adherence to safety practices.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related digital safety roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing sensitive user interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
