Your tasks?

• As a working student (d/m/f/x), you will support an agilely scaled large-scale transformation project in the operational PMO and create decision documents and success stories for internal and external communication formats.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, preparation and follow-up of appointments and workshops and support the maintenance, standardization and further development of project documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Another focus is on data preparation and analysis in the context of project monitoring and status reporting.
• In addition, you will be involved in the design and implementation of AI-supported analyses, the derivation of insights and knowledge as well as content automation (agents).
• You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of small, repetitive PMO process automations as well as the support of continuous improvement formats and controls.

• You are studying Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable degree program, ideally at the master's level or in an advanced stage of your bachelor's studies, and you demonstrate a high degree of independence, strong networking skills, and a structured approach to managing multiple topics in parallel.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, a good sense of visualization and storytelling, and an interest in complex theme fields.
• Initial basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Power BI and/or Power Automate is desirable.
• In addition, you are passionate about transformation, scaled agile, PLM as well as AI, automation and new tools.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile and you would like to work regularly with your team on site in Stuttgart or Böblingen.
