Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Werkstudent Process Consultant / Business Analyst (d/m/w/x) unterstützt du das Team im Bereich Prozessmanagement und wirkst bei der Optimierung von Prozess- und IT-Landschaften mit.

• Du unterstützt bei der Ist-Prozessaufnahme und -modellierung sowie bei der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von End-to-End-Prozessen.

• Bei der Erstellung von Vorgehensmodellen, Use Cases, Prozessbeschreibungen und Schulungsunterlagen arbeitest du aktiv mit.

• Der Einsatz moderner KI-gestützter Tools sowie die Mitarbeit an innovativen Lösungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

• Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung verschiedener Projekte und Prozessstandards mit.

• Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement.

• Du bringst erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessmodellierung oder Business Analysis mit und hast Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und digitalen Lösungen.

• Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie SAP Signavio, ARIS, VISIO, BIC oder Workflow-Engines wie n8n gesammelt.

• Du arbeitest analytisch, eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team und hast Freude an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
