Your tasks?

  • As a bachelor's student (d/m/f/x), you will dive deep into the fascinating world of semantic navigation for quadrupede and humanoid robotics.
  • You will actively work on the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enable our robots not only to recognize their environment, but also to intelligently understand and move autonomously in it.
  • Your work will make a significant contribution to raising the perception and navigation capabilities of our robot systems to a new level and thus actively shaping the future of robotics at Mercedes-Benz AG.

  • You are an enrolled student (d/m/f/x) of a relevant course of study such as digital engineering, robotics or software engineering and have a strong passion for autonomous systems and artificial intelligence.
  • In-depth knowledge of ROS2, (v)SLAM and sensor fusion is essential for this role in order to master our complex navigation challenges and develop innovative algorithms.
  • In addition, you are characterized by very good written and spoken German and English skills and are willing to actively support our team at the Ulm location.
