The Member Resolution Administrator supports the Credit Union’s member resolution and asset protection efforts through administrative processing, account maintenance, payment processing, documentation management, and workflow coordination.The Member Resolution Administrator works with members, employees, vendors, and business partners to ensure account resolution activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.
The Member Resolution Administrator creates a remarkable experience consistent with the Credit Union’s brand personality, core values, service promises, mission, and vision. This position requires empathy, ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance positive member outcomes with the Credit Union’s responsibility to manage risk and protect its assets.
Qualifications

Experience and Training |
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience performing detailed administrative work requiring accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and adherence to established procedures.
- Experience using computers, business applications, electronic communication tools, and document-management systems.
- Ability to learn financial institution systems, payment platforms, workflow applications, and account-processing procedures.

Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of financial institution operations, account servicing, payment processing, and administrative workflows.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with members, employees, vendors, and business partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Credit Union systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating accountability, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

The employee must be able to perform job responsibilities independently or with limited supervision after appropriate training. The employee must remain professional and composed when handling sensitive member circumstances, financial transactions, interruptions, and changing priorities. The employee must exercise sound judgment and discretion and recognize when a matter should be escalated to the appropriate employee or manager.
Working Conditions:
Duties are primarily performed in a professional office environment using computers, telephones, payment systems, electronic document systems, and other standard office equipment. The work involves confidential financial information, deadlines, interruptions, competing priorities, and communication regarding sensitive account circumstances.
