Job Summary

Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification/Licensure

Position requires a current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean drivingrecord (ex. minimal, minor or zero infractions on Motor Vehicle Report)and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within drivingdistance.

Position requires credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.

RelevantWorkExperience

At least 1yearof experiencein a hospitaloroperatingroomsetting.

Additional

Experience communicatingtechnical information to non-technical audiences.

Experienceproviding customer service to internal and external customers, including meetingquality standardsfor services, and evaluation of customersatisfaction.

Experience accomplishing tasks inan optimum orderbasedon time, importance or other criteria. Position requires regular lifting at least 30 lbs.

Position requireswork on extended and /or "odd" or "on call"hours as business needsdictate. Position requires travelup to 80% of the timeforbusinesspurposes(within state andout of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
