3. Brand Alignment & Quality ControlÂ
- Ensure all paid and organic creative aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and quality expectations.Â
- Execute designs that align with briefs, business objectives, and funnel-specific performance goals.Â
- Participate in creative reviews and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Collaboration & ExecutionÂ
- Partner closely with growth, creative, and brand teams to align on campaign objectives, content calendars, and deliverables. Â
- Present creative work clearly with rationale and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.Â
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and versioning across multiple campaigns and social channels. Â
- Support external partners or content creators as needed.Â
5. Marketing CreativeÂ
- Develop creative assets for landing pages, email, and partner marketing initiatives. Â
- Support creative for in-house and external print initiatives, such as event materials, pitch decks, and healthcare marketing assets.Â
- Maintain a deep understanding of Medical Guardian’s visual identity across all touchpoints. Â
6. Continuous Improvement & InnovationÂ
- Stay current on platform updates and emerging features.Â
- Apply learnings from testing and performance analysis to refine creative approaches.Â
