Job Description:
- Lead/Collaborate Policy work for Guam DPHSS Client.
- Experience leading a team of SMEs on Medicaid Policy Work.
- Policy related client deliverable management.
- Manage and direct the Policy staff based on a project work plan.
- Familiarity with regulatory policies (such as Waivers).
- Familiarity with Policy Life Cycle until Implementation.
- Collaborate with MES/I&E PMs/Leads on Policy topics.
- Conversant with MS Project, JIRA and other PMO tools.
- Own and Manage RAID Log for Policy work.
- Practitioner knowledge of change management.
- Report to Dy Portfolio Leader
B.S Degree with 5+ years of experience working on Waivers, SPAs, and other CMS rules.
Certification: ProSci, CCP
Location/ Travel:
Pacific Time Zone preferred
US/Hawaii and/or Overlap with ChST zone
Travel as needed (25-50%)
