Marketing Content Specialist (Croatia & Slovenia)

Location: Zagreb or Ljubljana, with flexible remote work and mandatory travel to the other city.

Engagement type: 0.5 FTE total – split between 0.25 FTE in Croatia and 0.25 FTE in Slovenia.

Languages: Croatian and Slovenian required (native or C1/C2 level); B2 English, additional related languages (e.g., Serbian) are a plus.

We’re a media intelligence platform — helping companies understand what’s being said about them across media, social networks, radio, podcasts, and other channels. We were founded in 2015 in the Czech Republic, where we quickly became one of the leading all-in-one PR solutions on the market. After three years, we expanded to Slovakia, and today we’re also present in Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, and Croatia. And this is just the beginning of our expansion. What you’ll do

  • Localize marketing materials created by the HQ team (mostly copy/text) into natural, high-quality copy
  • Create local CRO & SLO content for email, social, or web - simple, clear, and useful
  • Help preparelocal events & online webinars (planning, promotion, coordination, follow-ups)
  • Supportdigital marketing & lead generation efforts, helping turn activities into qualified leads through simple funnel thinking, follow-ups, and basic performance tracking
  • Enable sales team performance, work on proposal templates, decks, one-pagers, and quick-turn materials
  • Makelight graphic edits (e.g., swapping copy, resizing, editing basic layouts)
  • Help with theonboarding of new clients to make their start smooth


You’re a great fit if:

  • Croatian & Slovenian both speech and writing feelnative-level (you know what sounds right, C2 or native level).
  • Strong English for briefs and collaboration with HQ (B2 and higher).
  • You’re organized, havea drive for success, and youdeliver (even with multiple small tasks running).
  • You’recurious, proactive, and excited to learn – we’ll help you grow fast.
  • Comfortable with everyday marketing tools: Google Workspace, Slack, WebFlow, LinkedIn, Canva and similar.
  • Understanding ofdigitalmarketing principles, and lead-generation tactics (webinars, offline events, content…).
  • Fast-growing B2B and SaaS industry experience would be great.
  • Bonus points if:
    • You’ve ever led yourown side project or helped something small grow.
    • You have experience with social listening or media monitoring tools (Mediaboard, Determ, Brand24, Mention, Talkwalker or Brandwatch)
  • Proven experience incontent creation. Where can we find what you were working on?
