Your day will include:
- Manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality, timely speech pathology services
- Support participants in schools, homes, and community settings
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to tailor treatment goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve greater independence
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team
- Mentor and support early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
- Stay current with NDIS guidelines to ensure best practice and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- CurrentCertified Practising Membership withSpeech Pathology Australia
- Post-graduate experience (or keen new grads ready to learn!)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
- Passion for working in the disability sector
- Team player looking to contribute to a fun, supportive, and purpose-driven environment
