We’re expanding faster than your supervisor’s inbox on a Monday, and Ability Action Australia is officially on the hunt for aProvisional Psychologist who is values-driven, curious, and very, very human.

šŸ’› ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be living in the Melton, Victoria region(not just willing to travel) and will join our brilliant Psychology crew, working alongside OTs, Speechies, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Physiotherapists to deliver meaningful outcomes for NDIS participants, all while keeping things aligned with AHPRA, NDIS and good clinical vibes.

🧠 WHAT YOU’LL DO (aka ā€œThings You’re Already Great Atā€)

• Deliver evidence-based, client-centred therapy in a culturally safe way šŸ’¬āœØ
• Complete assessments and turn findings into meaningful goals šŸ“
• Manage your caseload with genuine support (yes, actual support!) šŸ¤
• Co-create and review support plans with participants & stakeholders 🧩
• Collaborate with our lovely multidisciplinary team šŸ§ šŸ’›
• Keep notes/reports aligned with ethical, AHPRA & NDIS standards šŸ“š
• Join monthly team meetings + in-services (snacks provided… usually) šŸŖ
• Attendweekly internal supervision with your …protected time that actually helps šŸ™Œ

• AHPRA registration as aProvisional Psychologist
• High professional ethics & great communication
• WWCC + National Police Check (or willingness to grab them when asked)
• Driver’s licence (P-plates minimum) + your own car 🚘
• Living in the Melton Victoria 3337 region (or within a 15km radius)
