Occupational Therapist | Penrith

Looking for more from your OT role?
More support. More variety. More reasons to enjoy coming to work.
That's what we're building at Real Therapy Solutions.
Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan forover 25 years. With purposeâbuilt clinics featuringSensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we operate asone connected teamâsupporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful, realâlife outcomes.
In 2024 we joined MedHealth Group, which means even more stability, security, longâterm career pathways, and a whole suite of additional rewards and benefits. Itâs truly the best of both worlds: the warmth and connection of a closeâknit team, backed by the strength, resources, and opportunities of a national network.
This is one of those roles where you get a bit of everythingâin the best way.
Youâll work across both clinic and community settings, supporting clients across the lifespan to build confidence, independence, and skills they can actually use in everyday life. Some days, youâll be in the clinic bouncing ideas around with your team. Other days, youâll be out in the communityâseeing therapy come to life where it really counts.
You wonât be doing it alone either. Youâll be part of a multidisciplinary teamâsharing ideas, talking through cases, and learning from each other as you go. Itâs handsâon, meaningful work, with the right balance of autonomy and support.
Youâll be joining a team that genuinely looks out for each otherâwhether you need a second opinion, or are having one of those days, you wonât be on your own. Itâs an environment where you can ask questions, think out loud, and be open about the tricky stuffâno pressure to have it all figured out.
If youâre early in your career, youâll gain confidence quickly with the right support around you. If youâre more experienced, youâll have room to stretch, lead, and shape whatâs next.
We know the dayâtoâday mattersâbut so do the extras.
