- Map current state processes within a defined pilot area and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities (scoped project)Â
- Partner with Business Intelligence to support and help operationalize existing dashboards and standard metrics reporting (ongoing support, light analysis and data preparation)Â
- Support one or two defined AI use cases, such as documentation support or reporting efficiency, with clear, measurable outcomes (defined scope)Â
What You BringÂ
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program with a Canadian institution in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or related fieldÂ
- Basic understanding of AIÂ tools and workflow automation platformsÂ
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow documentationÂ
- Experience with digital productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar)Â
- Meticulous attention to accuracy and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsÂ
- Knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and quality management principles (Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Quality Management, etc.) considered an assetÂ
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively in both written and verbal formÂ
- Active listening skills, demonstrating attention to stakeholder needs, the ability to ask clarifying questions, and confirm understanding before actingÂ
- The ability to build relationships across different business functions and show a team-oriented attitudeÂ
- Proactive communication and willingness to flag issues early, provide regular progress updates, and the confidence to escalate blockers without promptingÂ
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentÂ
Compensation: $21.67 – $31.53 CAD per hour (as determined by work term)Â
