Role Overview
We are seeking anOperations Specialist with a strong understanding of financial markets to support organisational analysis, market intelligence, and strategic solution development.
The successful candidate will analysetarget organisations, identify key stakeholders, understand operational and commercial challenges, and support the development of structured, commercially viable solutions.Â
They will work closely withprospective and current clients as well as internal Product, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure market requirements are effectively translated into business use cases and implementation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will beintellectually curious, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and related organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research onfinancial institutions, market participants, and industry developments to identify opportunities and market trends
- Analysetarget organisations, map key stakeholders and decision-makers, and support engagement strategies
- Engage directly withprospective clients through meetings, calls, and follow-up activities to understand business challenges and objectives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to supportclient discussions and internaldecision-making
- Translate market and client insights into structured insights and use cases
- Work closely withProduct, Operations, and R&D teams to support ongoing initiatives and implementation activities
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
- Understanding offinancial markets, financial institutions, and organisational structures
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
- Ability to managemultiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
- Previous professional experience in financial services, fintech, operations, strategy, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, or business analysis
- Exposure to client-facing environments and stakeholder engagement activities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales support activities
