MDM (Master Data Management)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive business rule requirements and implement solutions through CReW governance.
• Manage Business Rules and Data Quality (DQ) cycle processes, including reporting pack generation and distribution.
• Create and maintain DQ guidelines, user guides, and principles for rule development and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in BAU processes related to Data Quality.
• Engage with stakeholders across Global Operations and business functions.
• Act as a Centre of Excellence for the understanding and interpretation of Data Quality.
• Develop and maintain the DQ framework and Business Rules Master.
• Develop appropriate metrics to track Business Rules and DQ performance over time.
• Track Data Quality and provide recommendations to relevant governance bodies.
• Develop and maintain Global Operations DQ reporting and Root Cause Analysis processes.
