This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide.

This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Use data to drive statewide healthcare transformation within one of Maine's largest rural healthcare initiatives. Support program performance, reporting, dashboards, compliance monitoring, and operational analysis.

Position Summary:Provides analytical support for program operations through data management, reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

Anticipated Salary: $62,000 - $67,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 

• 3–5 years of analytics experience 

• Advanced Excel 

• Power BI or Tableau preferred

• Experience with reporting, data visualization, or performance tracking preferred
