Weāreseeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional initiatives within ADIās global semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1ā3 years of experience who are passionate about project management and eager to drive improvements in supply chain performance, process efficiency, and operational alignment across complex, high-tech environments.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Project Management LeadershipĀ
Plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignmentĀ
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholdersĀ
Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful deliveryĀ
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses to senior leadershipĀ
Operational Execution & SupportĀ
Drive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness across global fabs and packaging sitesĀ
Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness activities and cross-functional alignmentĀ
Assist in process mapping and documentation to standardize workflows and reduce variabilityĀ
Technology & Data IntegrationĀ
Leverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools tomonitor project KPIs and supply chain metricsĀ
Collaborate with IT and data teams to support digital transformation efforts, including system upgrades and automation projectsĀ
Cross-Functional CollaborationĀ
Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational prioritiesĀ
Support S&OP and integrated business planning processes by providingtimely project insights and scenario planning inputsĀ
Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure supply chain processes meet technical and compliance requirementsĀ
QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fieldĀ
1ā3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environmentĀ
Strong project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approachesĀ
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)Ā
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilitiesĀ
Preferred SkillsĀ
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similarĀ
Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes orfab operationsĀ
Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organizationĀ
Basic understanding of inventory management,demand management,capacity planning,New Product Introductions,and supplier coordinationĀ

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $65,311 to $89,820.Actual wage offered may vary depending onwork location, experience, education, training, external market data, internalpay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
