About MaxAccelerate Tech Group
MaxAccelerate Tech Group is a global technology holding group focused on accelerating the growth of startups, early-stage companies, and solo entrepreneurs. We help founders take ideas and software products to market, scale internationally, and build on world-class technology infrastructure.
Â
Our model combines hands-on advisory, product development, technology stack implementation, and strategic investment. Companies that join the group gain access to a shared technology ecosystem, go-to-market resources, business development infrastructure, and a network of fellow portfolio companies — creating real leverage across every stage of growth.
Â
We work with:
•     Startups and growth-stage companies looking to expand globally
•     Solo entrepreneurs with validated ideas or early-stage software products
•     Organisations that align with our portfolio and can add strategic value to the group
Â
The Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Investor Relations & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of capital raising, investor engagement, and pipeline development — with the goal of building and managing a high-quality network of investors and identifying new companies that could join the MaxAccelerate group.
Â
You will be the primary point of contact for our investor community — cultivating relationships with family offices, venture capital firms, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals — while also running outreach to identify exciting new companies that could benefit from, or contribute to, the group.
Â
Key Responsibilities
Investor Network Development
•     Build and manage a structured pipeline of investors including family offices, VCs, angel investors, and HNWIs
•     Conduct proactive outreach to introduce MaxAccelerate and its portfolio companies to relevant investors
•     Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships across the investor community
•     Track investor preferences, mandates, and activity to ensure relevant, well-timed engagement
Capital Raising Support
•     Support the preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and deal summaries for portfolio companies seeking funding
•     Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the group and its companies
•     Assist in managing the fundraising process end-to-end for specific transactions
•     Maintain a CRM of investor contacts, deal flow, and interaction history
Company Origination & BD
•     Identify and qualify new companies and founders that could benefit from joining the MaxAccelerate group
•     Run outbound outreach to target companies across sectors and geographies aligned with the group's thesis
•     Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipeline and represent the group
•     Evaluate inbound enquiries and make initial assessments for group leadership review
Ecosystem & Portfolio Support
•     Act as a connector between portfolio companies and the broader investor and partner network
•     Collaborate with internal teams to align BD efforts with the group's shared technology and marketing ecosystem
•     Support internal communications and reporting on investor relations activity
Â
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
•     1–4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital markets, or a related field
•     Some exposure to startup ecosystems, venture capital, private equity, or family office environments
•     Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional networks
•     Experience with CRM tools and maintaining structured pipelines
Skills & Attributes
•     Strong written and verbal communication skills — confident engaging with investors and senior stakeholders
•     Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities independently
•     Commercial acumen and genuine interest in startups, technology, and investment
•     High attention to detail, particularly in preparing materials and investor-facing communications
•     Comfortable working across time zones and in a lean, fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
•     Existing network within the GCC, UAE, or global investor community
•     Familiarity with fundraising processes, term sheets, or investment documentation
•     Experience in a holding company, multi-portfolio, or accelerator environment
Â
What We Offer
•     A front-row seat to a dynamic, multi-company technology group with global ambitions
•     Direct exposure to deal flow, investment conversations, and portfolio company growth
•     Access to a shared technology ecosystem, tools, and group resources
•     A collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture with real ownership of your remit
