Support M&A activities through People due diligence, organisational assessment, and integration planning.
Lead People-related integration initiatives when needed, ensuring alignment on structure, leadership, communication, and culture.
Support newly integrated teams in connecting with Mavie’s mission, values, and ways of working.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth, transformation, or scale-up environments.
Experience supporting M&A and post-merger integration is a plus.
Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
Solid knowledge of Austrian labour law and CEE HR practices.
Fluent in German and English.
A strategic, hands-on mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
