Job Description – Oracle ERP Production Support AnalystÂ
Position SummaryÂ
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Production Support Analyst to provide production support, operational troubleshooting, incident management, and application support for a highly customized Oracle ERP environment.Â
The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle ERP functional knowledge, excellent Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience supporting business-critical ERP applications. The environment includes significant custom development built on top of Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12), requiring both technical troubleshooting and business process understanding.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Production SupportÂ
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle ERP applications.Â
Investigate and resolve application, data, and interface issues.Â
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Â
Support business users during critical incidents and escalations.Â
Monitor application health, concurrent programs, interfaces, and batch processes.Â
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and development teams.Â
ERP Functional SupportÂ
Support day-to-day ERP operations across Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance processes.Â
Analyze business process issues and system impacts.Â
Troubleshoot transactional issues and data discrepancies.Â
Work closely with business SMEs and functional teams to resolve production issues.Â
Provide guidance on ERP functionality and process flows.Â
Technical Support/DevelopmentÂ
Develop and troubleshoot Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs.Â
Support custom interfaces, reports, conversions, and enhancements.Â
Investigate data issues and perform approved data corrections.Â
Analyze performance issues and optimize SQL queries where required.Â
Support deployment and migration activities.Â
