We are looking for aĀ Coupa Developer (3ā5 years' experience)Ā responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing theĀ Coupa Spend Management platform. The role involves working onĀ Coupa modules, workflows, integrations, and production support activitiesĀ to enable efficient Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations.Ā
The candidate will collaborate with functional teams, ERP teams, and integration teams to ensure smooth Coupa operations and data flow across enterprise systems.Ā

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Coupa Configuration & SupportĀ
Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as:Ā
Procurement (P2P)Ā
InvoicingĀ
Supplier Information Management (SIM)Ā
Maintain and update:Ā
Approval workflowsĀ
Business rules and validationsĀ
User roles and access controlsĀ
Support day-to-day Coupa system operations and troubleshooting.Ā
Ā
IntegrationsĀ
Support and develop integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as:Ā
Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERPĀ
SAPĀ
WorkdayĀ
Work with:Ā
REST APIsĀ
JSON / XML data formatsĀ
Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi ā nice to have)Ā
Assist in building and maintaining inbound/outbound interfaces for procurement and finance data.Ā
Ā
Production SupportĀ
Handle incidents, service requests, and system issues in Coupa.Ā
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.Ā
Support monthly releases, patches, and system upgrades.Ā
Participate in UAT and regression testing activities.Ā
Ā
Business CollaborationĀ
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.Ā
Gather and analyze business requirements.Ā
Translate functional requirements into technical configurations.Ā
Support documentation of processes and system changes.Ā
Ā
Data & Reporting SupportĀ
Assist in data validation, uploads, and reconciliation activities.Ā
Support basic reporting requirements and data extraction from Coupa.
Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Ā
3ā5 years of experienceĀ in Coupa platform (development, configuration, or support).Ā
Understanding ofĀ Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Ā processes.Ā
Hands-on experience in:Ā
Coupa configuration and administrationĀ
Workflow setup and approval chainsĀ
Basic Coupa integrationsĀ
