Materials Specialist

FieldBridge is looking for a Materials Specialist in Golden Meadow, LA to work for the world's largest oilfield services company.

Pay/Schedule: $25 - $30/hour | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available. At 48 hrs/week and $30/hr, for example,earn weekly paychecks of $1,560 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Specialist to support warehouse operations at a deepwater offshore supply base in Golden Meadow, LA. This facility is a critical logistics hub serving offshore drilling rigs and platforms across the Gulf of Mexico — when a deepwater rig needs drilling fluids, completion fluids, or chemical additives, those materials are staged, picked, packed, and loaded onto offshore supply vessels right here at this dock. In this role, you will perform cycle counts, pick and pack dry and liquid materials, verify customer orders, manage stock transfers and goods issuance, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system. No prior experience required — attention to detail and a willingness to learn are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly to bi-weekly physical inventory cycle counts across all port facilities and maintain accurate live tracking in Excel so the facility can view available products in real time
• Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for dry and liquid drilling fluid materials and additives destined for offshore supply vessels
• Manage goods reception, issuance, and stock transfers in compliance with company standards and warehouse management system requirements
• Ensure compliance with established procedures for physical product flow, storage, labeling, and documentation
• Support continuous improvement using 5S and Lean tools to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce excess or aging stock

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Basic computer skills for Excel tracking and warehouse management system entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling both dry and liquid materials
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
