Material Handler

Responsibilities:

Basic Logistics Support Tasks

• Assists with simple logistics activities such as preparing materials for shipment.

• Supports handling of incoming and outgoing goods under supervision.

• Follows instructions to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Reports issues or uncertainties to supervisors or team members.

Inventory Handling Assistance

• Supports basic handling of materials and stock placement.

• Assists in simple stock checks under supervision.

• Ensures materials are placed in designated locations.

• Reports visible discrepancies or damaged items.

Basic Warehouse Task Execution

• Performs simple tasks such as carrying, moving, sorting, or preparing materials.

• Supports picking, packing, and storing of goods under guidance.

• Maintains cleanliness and order in the assigned work area.

• Follows instructions for safe material handling.

Team Support

• Supports team members in completing daily operational tasks.

• Follows instructions and contributes to smooth collaboration.

• Assists with basic activities as assigned by supervisors.

• Demonstrates reliability in completing assigned tasks.

Compliance with Processes and Safety

• Follows all safety instructions and operational guidelines.

• Uses equipment and materials according to instructions.

• Ensures careful and accurate execution of simple tasks.

• Contributes to maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

Education: Vocational Certification or Equivalent in Logistics, Warehousing, or related field is beneficial.
Experience: No prior experience required; initial exposure to logistics, warehouse, or manual work is beneficial.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., forklift license) may be required depending on role.
Language Skills: Fluency in local language.
