Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process material requests to support Distribution, Transmission, and Generation operations
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Operations to ensure timely availability of materials for construction and maintenance projects
- Monitor inventory levels, open purchase orders, and material requests to proactively identify shortages or expedite needs
- Work closely with Procurement and Expediting teams to support project timelines and operational needs
- Assist with inventory management processes and recommend process improvements
- Train team members on materials management systems and inventory procedures as needed
- Maintain reporting, metrics, and inventory tracking documentation
- Support emergency material requests and outage-related material coordination when necessary
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
- Associate’s degree with applicable experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience will also be considered
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or material coordination
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer system skills required
- Experience with ERP or Materials Management systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to support emergency operations and occasional travel as needed
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime as needed
