The Opportunity
This is a high-ownership, technically demanding role at the heart of our trading operations. As Senior eFX Operations Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for our core electronic trading infrastructure — spanning PrimeXM xCore, Centroid 360 bridge, and MetaTrader (MT4/MT5). You'll keep our platforms running at peak performance, lead integration projects, and work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across our systems.

What You'll Own
Bridge Connectivity
- Configure and manage connectors, dealer links, liquidity provider relationships, and client accounts
- Create and maintain FIX session accounts, ensuring reliable connectivity and stable data flow
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) Administration
- Configure group settings, automation features, and symbol parameters across MT4 and MT5
- Administer MetaTrader server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
- Implement and monitor cluster settings; coordinate hardware upgrades to meet evolving capacity requirements
Trading Operations & Support
- Manage trading holiday calendars across all platforms and markets
- Serve as a senior escalation point for trade support queries from clients and internal teams
- Monitor live trading environments, identifying and resolving latency issues or execution anomalies in real time
Third-Party Integrations
- Lead the installation, configuration, and monitoring of third-party plugins across trading platforms
- Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions, providing recommendations aligned with business goals
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with technology, compliance, and front-office teams to drive efficiencies and implement new capabilities
- Own cross-departmental projects from initiation to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation across all systems and processes
- Identify process gaps and design scalable improvements that strengthen operational performance

Who You Are
- Extensive hands-on experience with bridges including Centroid andPrimeXM xCore — connector setup, FIX account management, and reporting
- Proven expertise inMetaTrader MT4/MT5 server administration, including group configuration, symbol management, and cluster setup
- Solid grounding inFIX protocol and electronic trading connectivity
- Strong background in server management, hardware optimisation, and infrastructure monitoring
- Deep understanding ofCFD brokerage operations and retail FX/electronic trading environments
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Excellent communicator in English, written and verbal
