Global Shared Services Seeding Specialist
The Global Shared Services (GSS) Seeding team helps drive the product seeding process, aligning cross-functional partners to amplify organization’s Brand and Sports Marketing campaigns across the globe.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Seeding Specialist who will support product seeding efforts for key brand, influencer, global energy, and athlete partnerships. You will be responsible for managing all communications in support of high-profile seeding campaigns, photoshoots, and energy seeding. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
A successful Seeding Specialist will have a deep understanding of influencer and product seeding workflows, an eye for process improvement, and the ability to track and analyze social engagement and product visibility. You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Global Energy, Global E&C, Product, and Merchandising teams to align seeding strategies with the org’s seasonal brand stories and product availability.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be embedded in a collaborative and evolving space within the org’s Global Brand Marketing function, supporting the scale and consistency of global seeding efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will:
- Lead seeding communications and serve as the central point of contact across cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Global Energy, Global E&C, Merchandising, and Product
- Build and maintain seeding templates, trackers, and order forms for campaign accuracy and visibility
- Work closely with our Global Energy Team and Brand Partners to create and deliver seeding briefs that will help communicate seeding strategy, seeding timelines, etc.
- Identify and recommend scalable improvements to streamline the seeding process within GSS
- Coordinate timelines and ensure delivery of seeded product to strategic partners, athletes, and influencers globally
- Contribute to onboarding and documentation to support scaling of the seeding function across the org’s global regions
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Product, Global Energy, Global E&C, Merchandising, Product Ordering, and Global Brand Marketing Operations teams. You will also interface with Brand Product Experts and Brand Directors to ensure product alignment with brand initiatives and strategic goals. Additionally you will work closely with Global Energy and Global E&C to ensure all priority Energy product is seeded in a timely manner. As part of the GSS function, you will help deliver a consistent, repeatable approach to seeding that supports global storytelling.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, sports marketing, PR, or seeding coordination
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communications and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media tracking tools and metrics
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with digital project trackers (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet) a plus
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and adapt to shifting priorities

Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum required years of experience: 1+ YOE in an office environment
Education requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
Must have skills:
Experience with placing product orders, using style codes, or has an interest in visual merchandizing
Understanding of Pop Culture, tapped into mainstream culture, is excited about Skims products
Nice to have skills:
Cross functional, high communication and organizational skills, Type A personality
Creating gifted product kits for celebrities, helping team organize monthly product kits based on the celebrities interest or themes
Software/technical requirements: Excel, Airtable
Previous Client/industry experience preference: Yes
