Conference Producer – MA Exhibitions
Hybrid: Herne Hill, 3 days in office
Salary: up to £35,000 (DOE) plus company benefits
Shape the conversations that drive industries forward.
Are you a Conference Producer with experience of a full event cycle and ready for more ownership, influence and responsibility?
At MA Exhibitions, our conferences are at the heart of our events. They bring together industry leaders, innovators and decision-makers to discuss the challenges, opportunities and trends shaping their sectors. As Conference Producer, you'll play a key role in creating those conversations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already experienced at least one full 12-month event cycle and is looking to take the next step in their conference production career. You'll have the opportunity to own conference programmes from concept through to delivery, build relationships with influential industry figures, and see your ideas come to life on stage.
No two days are the same. One day you could be interviewing senior industry leaders to uncover emerging trends, the next you'll be developing a conference agenda, securing high-profile speakers or working alongside commercial and marketing teams to maximise the impact of your event.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy speaking to new people, and thrive on turning research into engaging content, we'd love to hear from you.
As Conference Producer, you’ll:
Researching markets, industries and emerging trends through interviews, networking and desk research.
Developing commercially relevant and engaging conference programmes that attract audiences and deliver value.
Building relationships with senior industry professionals, thought leaders, regulators and key stakeholders.
Identifying, approaching and securing high-quality speakers for conference programmes.
Creating innovative session formats including panel discussions, workshops, roundtables and fireside chats.
Working closely with marketing teams to help position conference content and drive delegate attendance.
Collaborating with sales teams to identify sponsorship opportunities and support commercial objectives.
Taking ownership of conference delivery onsite, ensuring speakers and content are delivered successfully.
Continuously monitoring industry developments to keep programmes relevant, fresh and market-leading.
