The Opportunity

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the next stage of our commercial growth. This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company's revenue strategy while building the systems, teams, and processes required to scale efficiently.

The CRO will oversee Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring alignment across the entire customer lifecycle and creating a predictable, scalable growth engine. This person will play a key role in shaping the future of the business, partnering closely with the founders and executive team to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the company's overall revenue and growth strategy.
  • Lead and develop the leaders responsible for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Build a scalable commercial organization capable of supporting rapid growth across multiple markets.
  • Drive revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
  • Establish forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure strong alignment between commercial, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Create data-driven operating mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Partner with Product and Leadership teams to identify new growth opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and customer needs.
  • Develop organizational structures, compensation models, and performance frameworks that support scale.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, execution, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on growth initiatives, market opportunities, and business performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, revenue, growth, sales, customer success, or go-to-market leadership roles.
  • Significant experience leading multiple commercial functions simultaneously, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue organizations in high-growth fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience building commercial processes, operating models, and organizational structures from early-stage growth through scale.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect commercial strategy to company-wide objectives and financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated success managing senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while remaining highly execution-oriented.

Preferred Background

  • Fintech, payments, digital banking, treasury management, financial infrastructure, lending, or financial services.
  • Experience selling or scaling B2B products serving SMBs or mid-market companies.
  • Startup or scale-up experience, particularly in companies transitioning from early-stage growth to operational maturity.
  • Experience operating across Latin American markets.
