WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORÂ đ
As a Senior HEOR Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of health economic models and HTA submissions, with a strong focus on the Netherlands and ZIN requirements. Youâll act as a subjectâmatter expert, guide clients through evidence expectations, and support multiâcountry strategies across markets such as NICE, SMC, NCPE, HAS, TLV, CADTH, PBAC, and more.
This is a senior, clientâfacing role with significant influence on project quality, team capability, and strategic direction.
đ KeyResponsibilities
- Technical Leadership â Lead costâeffectiveness, budget impact, early HTA, and diseaseâprogression modelling. Ensure alignment with ZIN methodology, transparency, and robust uncertainty analysis.
- Dutch HTA Expertise â Produce or qualityâassure Dutchâlanguage HTA dossiers and advise clients on ZIN processes, timelines, and evidence expectations.
- Client Engagement â Lead discussions, translate complex modelling outputs into actionable insights, and support proposals and business development.
- Team Leadership â Mentor junior economists, review analytical work, and contribute to internal training and capability building.
đŻ Essential Competencies
- Health Economic Modelling â Strong experience in model conceptualisation, parameterisation, validation, and uncertainty analysis.
- ZIN & Dutch HTA â Deep understanding of ZIN guidance and ability to produce Dutchâlanguage dossiers.
- Technical Tools â Proficiency in Excel; experience with R, Python, VBA, Stata is advantageous.
- Consultancy Skills â Proven experience delivering HEOR projects, managing budgets/timelines, and building client relationships.
- Leadership â Experience mentoring colleagues and ensuring highâquality outputs.
- Languages â Fluent Dutch (sufficient for dossier writing/editing) and strong English.
