Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with1+ year of engineering experience.
• Manufacturing engineering experience involvingprocess development, troubleshooting, process validation, or cell/process improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing processes such asmachining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, or molding.
• Ability to maintain/improvetechnical documents, drawings/prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers.
• Working knowledge ofGD&T.
• Strongproblem-solving skills using quality/statistical tools.
• Experience withproject planning, execution, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams and communicate recommendations.
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience withtool design, feasibility studies, cost/capacity analysis, or process improvement is a plus.
