• Experience withmanufacturing engineering/process improvement
• Knowledge ofGD&T
• Experience withtechnical drawings, prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers
• Strongproblem-solving and statistical/quality tools
• Ability to managemultiple projects independently
• Experience developing/executingproject plans and schedules
• Strongwritten and verbal communication
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams
• Self-starter who can recommend improvements toprocesses, procedures, and training
