Technical Program Manager (TPM) – GCP Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking aTechnical Program Manager to drive enterprise cloud infrastructure delivery on Google Cloud Platform and align cross-functional teams on clear outcomes. You will own plans, risks, and stakeholder communication across global time zones and help ensure reliable cloud pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline programs
• Define program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and resource needs
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to meet program objectives
• Drive stakeholder alignment and deliver concise, regular status reporting
• Manage delivery risks and operational issues with clear mitigation and escalation paths
• Oversee infrastructure rollouts to meet quality, performance, and reliability expectations
• Collaborate with global teams and support coordination with PST-aligned activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs
• Proven leadership skills coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones
• Strong project planning skills covering schedules, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery governance
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native approaches
• Solid experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Working understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code delivery
• Strong risk management skills with ability to identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with clear communication to technical and business audiences
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

• PMP certification

• Experience with GCP networking and security fundamentals
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs for program delivery
