Technical Program Manager (TPM) – GCP Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking aTechnical Program Manager to lead enterprise GCP cloud infrastructure and pipeline initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver reliable outcomes at scale. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder visibility across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline initiatives
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to align teams and priorities
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver program objectives on time
• Manage schedules, resources, and delivery plans while adapting to changing constraints
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management with clear mitigation and escalation paths
• Oversee infrastructure rollout readiness to meet reliability, performance, and quality expectations
• Communicate program status, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders through regular reporting
• Facilitate cross-time-zone collaboration and support PST-aligned activities as needed
• Ensure delivery governance and execution discipline across cloud modernization work
• Align DevOps and IaC execution plans with program goals and operational requirements
• Support continuous improvement of program processes to increase predictability and throughput

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs
• Proven leadership experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones
• Strong project planning skills across scope, schedule, dependencies, and resourcing
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts and services
• Solid experience with Cloud Fundamentals and cloud-native delivery approaches
• Demonstrated experience leading Cloud Migration and Infrastructure Modernization initiatives
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models
• Working experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows
• Strong risk management skills including identification, mitigation, and escalation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with technical and business partners
• Clear communication skills for status reporting and executive-ready updates
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
