Position SummaryÂ
The Male Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet and check in patients at the testing centerÂ
- Conduct observed urine collections with male patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirementsÂ
- Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratoryÂ
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing siteÂ
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standardsÂ
- Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required

ScheduleÂ
- Part-time:Â about 21Â hours per weekÂ
- Must have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needsÂ
- Primary hours:Â
- ​​​​​​​2 days per week 6am-11:30am
- ​​​​​​​Morganfield 6am-7am
- Marion 8am-9am
- Dixon 10:30am-11:30am
- 2 days per week 5:30am-10:30am
- ​​​​​​​Owensboro 5:30am-7:30am
- Henderson 8:30am-10:30am
- ​​​​​​​2 days per week 6am-11:30am
- Schedules are provided approximately one month in advanceÂ

QualificationsÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentialityÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgroundsÂ
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periodsÂ
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseÂ
