Product Designer (6 months/dispatch)

[About the role]

As a Product Designer, you will leverage your expertise to address a variety of product and business challenges. You will tackle moderately complex problems, provide analysis, and help steer direction - making informed decisions within established practices while evaluating unique circumstances and adapting to new tools and ways of working.

In the Design Team, you will design the end-to-end experience of the ProtoPie products, collaborating closely with agile team members such as POs, Engineers, and QAs. As a company built around prototyping, we care deeply abouthow designers work — including how AI can help us move faster, explore more directions, and validate ideas earlier. We're looking for a passionate designer who brings AI tools into their day-to-day craft and has solid professional experience in software companies.

This position is based in Seoul, South Korea, and requires candidates to either reside in or plan to relocate to South Korea.

[Responsibilities]

• Take ownership of the design process for specific product areas, from initial discovery and problem framing to ideation, detailed design, implementation support, and post-launch iteration
• Contribute to the foundational work of building out our design system
• Ensure a high-quality user experience through detailed design QA
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially engineering, to bring designs to life

[Qualifications]

Must

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product or UX/UI designer, preferably at a software or tech company
• Proficiency with Figma (including Figma Make and Code Connect)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered tools into your design workflow to move faster and explore more — across ideation, research, design, and prototyping
• Experience working with and applying comprehensive design systems
• A strong understanding of the end-to-end product design process
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams, requiring minimal supervision
• A portfolio that showcases your design skills and process. Please include a link to your portfolio in your application.

• Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
• 6-Month Temporary (Dispatched via Staffing Agency): You will be employed by a staffing agency and assigned to work at StudioXID.
