Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive Pay:$75-$85/hr

Sign-On Bonus Details

• $1,000 after 90 days of continuous employment
• $1,000 after 180 days of continuous employment
• Employee must remain actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety recommendations
• Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist License required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• SNF, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
