Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and safety

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• New graduates encouraged to apply
