⭐What You'll Be Doing

🚚Lead Daily Operations by overseeing dispatch activity and ensuring routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.

👥Build & Develop Your Team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and supporting professional drivers.

📊Drive Operational Performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities, and improving productivity and service.

🤝Deliver for the Customer by maintaining strong communication, resolving issues, and consistently meeting customer expectations.

🛡️Champion Safety & Compliance by ensuring adherence to DOT, FMCSA, Hours of Service, and company safety requirements.

⚙️Keep the Fleet Moving by partnering with Maintenance to address equipment needs and maximize fleet uptime.

📱Use Technology to Drive Results through systems including Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and other transportation technology.

📈Continuously Improve safety, productivity, driver performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational execution.

✅What You Bring

✔ Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience

✔ Strong knowledge ofDOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations

✔ Dispatch and scheduling experience

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔ Proficiency withMicrosoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

✔ Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-moving operation

✔ A commitment tosafety, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence
