Join a role where you will lead Lean initiatives, develop manufacturing processes and standards, and turn shop-floor opportunities into sustainable gains in productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost. You will engage operators and production teams, solve practical process and equipment challenges, and support the industrialization and ramp-up of new equipment, processes, and products. This is an opportunity to move ideas from analysis to implementation, results, and standardization. 

Your responsibilities 

• Lead the plant continuous improvement program and 5S activities, including training, audits, action plans, Kaizen events, and structured projects using A3, VSM, PDCA, and other Lean tools. 

• Engage operators, supervisors, and production teams to identify, prioritize, implement, and sustain improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost, waste, quality, and process performance. 

• Analyze and standardize manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and documentation; conduct time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and equipment utilization assessments. 

• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and process losses, then provide technical support for equipment, tooling, process, and manufacturing issues on the shop floor. 

• Support industrialization, commissioning, equipment and automation investments, and new product or process development; define technical requirements and use manufacturing data and KPIs to measure and communicate results. 

Expectations for you 

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

• You bring relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement, preferably with direct shop-floor exposure. 

• You have led improvement projects and process changes and can apply Lean tools including A3, PDCA, Kaizen, VSM, and 5S. 

• You understand process optimization, standardized work, time studies, capacity analysis, industrialization, commissioning, equipment ramp-up, project management, cost reduction, and KPI analysis. 

• You have advanced English communication skills, good Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems, preferably SAP.

You combine structured, data-driven problem solving with a proactive and hands-on approach. You communicate clearly, facilitate learning, and build trust with operators, supervisors, engineers, management, and international teams, even when you do not have direct authority. You take ownership, manage several initiatives independently, and balance fast implementation with sound technical analysis and standardization.
