Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experiencedLead DevOps Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a cloud-native delivery platform for AWS-based solutions. The role covers full-cycle infrastructure management, including provisioning, configuration, automation, observability, and security across multiple development and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve AWS-based infrastructure aligned with the Well-Architected Framework
• Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform/Terragrunt
• Manage the CI/CD ecosystem and ensure reliable software delivery processes
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and alerting mechanisms
• Enhance cost efficiency and apply FinOps best practices
• Support scalability, availability, and performance of core services through continuous improvements
• Support backend microservices written in Java/Kotlin and deployed in EKS

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Background in CI/CD tooling, including GitLab and Jenkins
• Skills in artifact and code quality management using JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm
• Knowledge of Argo CD for GitOps-based deployments
• Understanding of Terragrunt for managing Terraform configurations
