Night Auditor Supervisor

Position Summary:Responsible forovernight hotel operations, ensuringaccurate financial reporting, guest services, and security of the property during night hours. This position combines front desk responsibilitieswithaccounting oversight. 

KeyResponsibilities: 

• Perform nightly audits of allhotel’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports, postings, and reconciliations

• Act as the primary point of contact for guestneeds and inquires overnight,from resolving issues to handling special requests 

• Coordinate guest routing, review andfinalize room assignments, and ensure systems areproperly organized before morning shift arrives

• Collaborate withFront Desk morning shift to address outstanding items from the night audit andcommunicate any pertinent information to ensureexceptional guest service

• Check guests in and out, answer phones, andassist with various guest needs throughout the night

• Ensure that all charges for rooms, food, beverage, phones and miscellaneous are posted correctly

• Answer guestinquiries about hotel service, facilities, hours of operation, restaurants,transportation and entertainment

• Protect confidential guest and proprietary information in accordance with company policies 

• Handle guest challenges in a friendly and courteous manner

• Other duties asassigned by management

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in hotelnight audit is preferred 

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency with Hotel operating systems and accounting software is preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift, move,push and pull equipment or boxesin excess of 20lbs.

• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift

• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed

• Ability tooperate office equipment such as computers
