We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong leadership experience in Investment Banking Operations to lead a large Corporate Actions team.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in theInvestment Banking domain, specifically within Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions
• Deep expertise in:
  • Mandatory Corporate Actions
  • Dividends
  • Income Processing
• Experience inVoluntary Corporate Actions  is anadded advantage
• Proven experiencemanaging large teams (30–60 members)
• Strongstakeholder management andrisk management capabilities
• Experience inprocess migrations (US to India, or Client to Vendor) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience intransformation, process improvement, and process re‑engineering
• Willingness to work in night shift (US hours)
• Willingness to work from office depending on client’s and or organization’s requirement
