Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the engineering lifecycle to develop effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that engineering solutions are practical, scientifically sound, and aligned with business objectives, contributing to the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate cross-functional inputs into engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Aerospace & Defense (A&D).
- Strong knowledge of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft interiors.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
- Ability to manage configuration and technical documentation effectively.
- Experience in applying scientific and technical knowledge to solve complex engineering problems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
