About the PositionÂ
As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, EMEA Business Development, you will lead both direct and indirect sales activities across Southern Europe and Iberian countries.Â
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Iberian countries, and Eastern European markets.Â
You will work closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams to expand Lunit’s market presence and accelerate customer adoption of AI-powered healthcare solutions.Â
This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong commercial leadership, relationship management, and strategic thinking capabilities.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Indirect Sales Channel ManagementÂ
- Manage relationships with global medical imaging distributors and channel partnersÂ
- Provide sales enablement, product training, and co-marketing supportÂ
- Monitor partner pipeline, forecasting activities, and contract complianceÂ
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify growth opportunitiesÂ
Direct Sales & Business DevelopmentÂ
- Identify and develop key accounts across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Iberian countries.Â
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity discovery to contract executionÂ
- Build strong relationships with hospital executives, radiology and oncology leaders, and procurement stakeholdersÂ
- Conduct ROI analyses, technical demonstrations, and RFP responsesÂ
- Negotiate commercial agreements within approved business parametersÂ
Market Development & OperationsÂ
- Develop in-depth understanding of local markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapesÂ
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic growth opportunitiesÂ
- Support local market activation and clinical evidence generation activitiesÂ
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and reportsÂ
- Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regulatory awarenessÂ

QualificationsÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare technology salesÂ
- Proven experience managing both direct and indirect sales channelsÂ
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and radiology operationsÂ
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsÂ
- Business-level English communication skillsÂ
- Strong interest in AI-driven healthcare innovationÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred; Italian and Portuguese language skills are highly valuedÂ
- Experience in breast imaging, diagnostic imaging AI, or healthcare software solutionsÂ
- Experience managing distributor networks and regional channel partnershipsÂ
- Exposure to value-based selling or health economicsÂ
- Experience working in global and cross-cultural business environmentsÂ
