We are looking for a highly experienced IT Service Continuity Delivery Lead to strengthen the resilience of critical banking services and lead continuity capabilities that protect our customers, operations, and regulatory commitments.

This is a senior-level role for a confident continuity professional who combines hands-on ITSCM and Disaster Recovery expertise with strong ownership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, business-aligned resilience outcomes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Lead the IT Service Continuity team, setting direction, priorities, and delivery standards for a critical resilience capability.
Drive the implementation of Service based model for IT Service Continuity Management process.
Ensure that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plans are developed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with business needs.
Ensure that IT resilience and continuity measures are in place across the whole organization.
Conduct risk assessments and service impact analyses for IT services to identify critical systems and dependencies.
Ensure that disaster recovery tests and exercises are coordinated and executed in compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to integrate continuity strategies into daily operations.
Monitor continuity performance, report clear insights to stakeholders, and lead targeted improvements where resilience gaps are identified.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Strong, proven senior-level experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Resilience, with hands-on ownership of critical service resilience outcomes.
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive decisions across technology and business teams.
Deep understanding of Business Continuity, ITSCM frameworks, ITIL practices, and regulatory expectations such as DORA or similar resilience requirements.
Ability to analyse complex systems and identify potential risks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, simplify complex topics, and create alignment around resilience priorities.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or other business continuity/disaster recovery certifications are considered an advantage.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3700–5500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
