We are looking for a highly experienced IT Service Continuity Delivery Lead to strengthen the resilience of critical banking services and lead continuity capabilities that protect our customers, operations, and regulatory commitments.

This is a senior-level role for a confident continuity professional who combines hands-on ITSCM and Disaster Recovery expertise with strong ownership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, business-aligned resilience outcomes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the IT Service Continuity team, setting direction, priorities, and delivery standards for a critical resilience capability.

  • Drive the implementation of Service based model for IT Service Continuity Management process.

  • Ensure that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plans are developed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with business needs.

  • Ensure that IT resilience and continuity measures are in place across the whole organization.

  • Conduct risk assessments and service impact analyses for IT services to identify critical systems and dependencies.

  • Ensure that disaster recovery tests and exercises are coordinated and executed in compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to integrate continuity strategies into daily operations.

  • Monitor continuity performance, report clear insights to stakeholders, and lead targeted improvements where resilience gaps are identified.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Strong, proven senior-level experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Resilience, with hands-on ownership of critical service resilience outcomes.

  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive decisions across technology and business teams.

  • Deep understanding of Business Continuity, ITSCM frameworks, ITIL practices, and regulatory expectations such as DORA or similar resilience requirements.

  • Ability to analyse complex systems and identify potential risks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, simplify complex topics, and create alignment around resilience priorities.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, or other business continuity/disaster recovery certifications are considered an advantage.

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
